  • Minimum commitment is 12 weeks. Why? Because 12 weeks is generally how long it takes us to see meaningful change and build habits that stick. It allows you and your coach the time to be fully invested in the coaching process.

  • No! You do not. Depending on whether your goals are performance or health focussed, I will recommend a strategy that will get you to where you want to be. But, we can teach you how to track macros or select the meal plan add on where we do it all for you (and work with you to make sure the plan fits your entire family). You just need to go and get the shopping (not easy with little ones, I know!).

  • Everything is done via the Fuel Collective private Facebook page. Here you can post questions for your coach to answer, you can jump onto our weekly Q&A and ask questions live, and you can ask questions during the monthly webinars. There is endless access to your coach.

  • Once you sign up you will receive an email with instructions on how to join and make the most out of your membership straight to your inbox. If you don’t receive it, check your junk. If it’s not there, email us at lauren@fuelyourlifenutrition.com and we’ll get onto it straight away!

  • No, there are no refunds. For the avoidance of doubt, you are signing up for a three month group coaching program, which will be billed monthly. You have the option to continue after the 3 months. You also have the option to cancel or scale up into Fuel Your Comeback.
