Lauren was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend her services. Lauren has a wealth of knowledge in the area of nutrition for women doing high intensity training and who have young children. In the 12 months I worked with Lauren, she taught me the importance and value of protein in mine and my children’s diet to fuel our bodies for training, sport, school and work. By making small changes to our daily eating habits, prioritising protein and carbohydrates at every meal, and planning our meals weekly, we found we had more energy, slept better and were performing better in our fitness goals. Lauren has taught me how to use food to fuel my body to perform effectively in the gym.

Lauren is amazing at what she does : ) I am a mum of two boys and trained along side Lauren at CFH. When I came back to training after my second son I was deflated on the weight I had gained and I was frustrated in not having the time to be organised with my nutrition. I booked an appointment with Lauren and we went through everything, all my struggles, what I was finding most difficult about juggling life as a mum. Lauren can relate and understands mum life which was so beneficial to me. We started to plan my week and what worked the best for me and my family.
