No! You do not. As part of the Fuel Your Comeback program you get a personalised meal plan where we do it all for you (and work with you to make sure the plan fits your entire family). You just need to go and get the shopping (not easy with little ones, I know!).

You have several options - Google Meet is used for the 1:1 meetings, and Facebook Messenger (because we all know how to use Facebook, right?!) for any questions and your weekly check in. You also have access to post in our community via the Fuel Collective private Facebook page. Here you can post questions for your coach to answer, you can jump onto our weekly Q&A and ask questions live, and you can ask questions during the monthly webinars. There is endless access to your coach.

No, there are no refunds. For the avoidance of doubt, you are signing up for a 4 month 1:1 coaching program, which will be billed monthly. You have the option to continue after the 4 months. You also have the option to cancel or move into Fuel Collective.
